  • The Bellview can comfortably seat up to 120 guests. Note that every event is unique so additional factors do play a role.

  • Yes, The Bellview provides tables and chairs for every event. This is included in your venue rental. No additional fees will be charged unless additional equipment is required to be ordered on your behalf.

  • We provide floor-length black linens for every table that a person is sitting at – this excludes linens for extra tables such as gift tables, cake tables, buffets, DJ tables, etc., but we are happy to add additional linen to your order per your request. These items are included in the venue pricing. No additional fees will be charged, unless you request additional linens to be ordered on your behalf.

  • We provide tableware, glassware, and silverware but we are happy to add additional items to your order per your request. These items are included in the catering pricing. No additional fees will be charged, unless you request additional items to be ordered on your behalf.

  • No, we are proud to offer our in-house catering options. Watershed Hospitality group offers catering options from all of our locations. Let our team work with you to create the perfect food experience for you and your guests!

  • No, The Bellview has a full liquor license and is responsible for maintaining control over all liquor served on our premises. Our staff is licensed, trained and insured, and one bartender is required for every 75 guests (fees apply).

  • Wedding cakes from licensed and insured vendors are permitted with prior approval. Your vendor is responsible for all associated delivery and setup. A cake-cutting fee of $2 per person is required. This includes cutting of a cake, service, and transportable storage of any additional cake.

  • Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tentative holds are allowed for 72 hours for time to review the contract. 25% of the proposed contract sent to you is due at the time of booking. This booking fee is non-refundable and applied to your total balance due. We accept payment via credit card, check and online.

  • We require final guest counts 10 days before your event.

  • Yes, taxes and a twenty-two percent (22%) Service Fee will be included in the final billing on all events. The Service Fee covers the use of our equipment, liability insurance fees, permits and other administrative costs. Please note that the Service Fee is taxable and is not a gratuity for the personnel.

  • Before or after your event, you are welcome to reach out to your sales coordinator to leave a gratuity for the staff. The gratuity is shared solely among event staff.

  • The Bellview does require every wedding to hire a licensed and insured Day-Of Wedding Coordinator and must be independent of your family or close friends. They are responsible for all the details of the event; from ensuring the table placements are arranged correctly, giving your DJ or band their cue, and communicating with your vendors before and during your wedding day. The Wedding Coordinator will make sure they are available for any vendor questions, problems, or concerns.

  • Your Event Lead is responsible for the venue and venue employees. They are there to manage the entire venue team and make sure their employees know the direction of the event. They oversee the setup and break down in the space. They will keep the temperature in the venue comfortable, make sure toilet paper is stocked in the bathrooms, maintain the level of trash in the space, and direct your guests including use of the elevators to and from the Bellview. Before the event, they will be there to make sure the deliveries are arriving and going where they need to be. An Event Lead will act as your on-site point of contact on the day of your event working closely alongside your Wedding Coordinator.

  • For your convenience, valet service is highly recommended for all events. For gatherings exceeding 50 guests, it becomes a requirement to ensure a seamless arrival experience for all. We maintain a partnership with a preferred valet vendor and can facilitate coordination on your behalf. To explore valet service options for your event, please don't hesitate to contact your dedicated event coordinator.

  • The Bellview boasts a bridal suite, designed to pamper you and your wedding party as you prepare for your grand entrance. This luxurious space, included complimentary with any twelve-hour venue rental, is bathed in natural light, offering ample vanities and conveniently placed outlets to ensure a stress-free and glamorous pre-ceremony experience.

  • When hosting your ceremony at The Bellview, we include a 1-hour wedding rehearsal in the cost of your rental. We ask that only those in the wedding party or anyone required to rehearse attend the rehearsal. Our bar is not open or accessible during rehearsal time and we ask that guests do not bring outside alcohol into the space. Exceeding the 1-hour scheduled time could result in additional charges. Rehearsal dates are booked within 60-days of your wedding date and are subject to date availability.

  • All vendors, guests and decor must be out of the building by 1-hour post-event. If vendors, guests and/or decor is not out of the building by 1-hour post-event, the client may be charged an overstay fee. Set up and take down of tables/chairs are included in the rental price. We take care of cleaning at no additional charge.

  • All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving any damage. Candles must be dripless – if votive or pillar candles are used, we ask that there is a glass or other kind of non-flammable base for each candle. Restricted décor items include but are not limited to taper candles (without casings), bright colored rose petals, rice, bird seed, glitter, potpourri and other similar items. Any structure such as a chuppah, tent, canopy, installation, etc. must stand independent of the venue itself. The Bellview does not allow drilling, nailing, or mounting of any kind.

  • Absolutely! Outdoor Grand Exits with celebratory materials such as sparklers, ribbon wands, bubbles, and cheer poms are allowed. Grand Exits may NOT include confetti, rose petals, rice, bird seed, glitter, potpourri, or other items of that nature. Your wedding coordinator is responsible for the planning and cleanup of your Grand Exit.

  • Should the client choose to cancel the event for any reason, monies paid to The Bellview are forfeited and the client may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Yes, to ensure a smooth and safe event for everyone, we require all our event holders to have event liability insurance. This protects both you and our venue in case of any unforeseen accidents or property damage during your event.

    However, obtaining event liability insurance is quick, easy, and affordable! You can purchase insurance through your own preferred insurance agent or contact us directly, and we can connect you with our recommended online provider for a fast and hassle-free quote!
